iFlame Help & FAQ

How do I refill an iFlame butane lighter safely?

Refill only in a well-ventilated area, away from flames, sparks and hot surfaces. Turn the flame control low, hold the lighter upside down and use the correct butane nozzle. Stop if you detect a leak and wait several minutes before testing. Always follow the instructions supplied with your model.

What safety rules should I follow?

Keep lighters away from children. Never puncture, crush, incinerate or expose them to temperatures above 50°C / 122°F. Do not ignite near the face, clothing or flammable vapors, and never leave a lit lighter unattended.

What should I do if the lighter does not ignite?

Check that the lighter contains butane and that the flame setting is not too low. Let a recently refilled lighter rest before trying again. Keep the ignition area free of dust. If ignition remains inconsistent, stop using the product and contact Product Support—do not disassemble it.

How do shipping and returns work?

Because fuel lighters are regulated for transport, availability and delivery methods depend on the destination and order type. Contact us before returning any lighter. We will confirm eligibility, required packaging and the correct return route.

Can iFlame support OEM or custom branding?

Yes. Options may include body colors, printed graphics, branding and packaging, subject to model, minimum order quantity, technical review and market requirements. Share your target model, quantity and artwork through the Distribution & OEM form.

How should I store my lighter?

Store upright in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heaters and vehicle interiors. Keep the lighter clean and dry, and make sure it cannot ignite accidentally during storage.
