Refill only in a well-ventilated area, away from flames, sparks and hot surfaces. Turn the flame control low, hold the lighter upside down and use the correct butane nozzle. Stop if you detect a leak and wait several minutes before testing. Always follow the instructions supplied with your model.

Keep lighters away from children. Never puncture, crush, incinerate or expose them to temperatures above 50°C / 122°F. Do not ignite near the face, clothing or flammable vapors, and never leave a lit lighter unattended.

Store upright in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heaters and vehicle interiors. Keep the lighter clean and dry, and prevent accidental ignition during storage.

Check that the lighter contains butane and that the flame setting is not too low. Let a recently refilled lighter rest before trying again and keep the ignition area free of dust. If ignition remains inconsistent, stop using it and contact Product Support—do not disassemble it.
